Unreal Engine 4 - Nav Mesh not updating on imported FBX asset

Ran into a problem where in UE4 my Imported FBX asset would be ignored by the Nav Mesh, tried for an hour reimporting with different options, checking different boxes, turns out the solution was to scale the NavMeshBoundsVolume really high on the upwards axis (I think Z in UE4) And it worked... Scaling back to normal size and it worked
