Project Idea: Neural Network to categorise certain sites

This probably won't work too well, but it would be a nice idea to try at some point:

1) User creates account on site

2) Get a survey/poll where they are asked to rate sites are good or bad

ir data, a neural network is trained and it uses the HTML of the website as test data and tries to predict certain websites they like. I'm not really sure that the HTML would work as an input to the network, but it would be interesting to see.

Though since I don't really like web-based coding, I'll just build the neural network.
