Switched the design as I imagined I would - probably will switch again. But this RPG is going to be set in a world of cats.
The basic premise of the storyline goes that, in the cat world is being attacked by monsters which have started randomly appearing. You start of as a cat with no special links to anything, end up getting involved in an incident which leads you throughout all the corruption of cat world to fight with the evil thing at the end. Like all typical RPGs - except with added cats!
system will work as follows. The player can use a maximum of four characters in battle but they have reserve characters they may have unlocked which they can swap in and out of the battle party when they are in a non-hostile area (i.e. a town rather than a dungeon).
